You own what you write with Quill. We don't train AI models on your content, and we don't sell your data.
Subscriptions bill monthly via Paddle and you can cancel any time. Use Quill to write things you'd be proud to publish. Not to harass, deceive, or break the law.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Quill (“the Service”), operated by Quill Writer Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Quill is a content drafting platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate written content based on your profile, preferences, and feedback. You retain full ownership of all content you create, edit, and publish through the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Your Content
You own all content generated through Quill. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your drafts, source documents, or published content. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, and never to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
