The Free plan is genuinely free, no card required. Author includes a 7-day free trial. Either way, you can try Quill before you pay for it.
Once you subscribe, billing is monthly and all paid periods are non-refundable. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Try before you pay
The Free plan is genuinely free. No credit card required. You can generate your first posts, review them, and decide whether Quill sounds like you before spending anything.
If you want to try Author-tier features like voice calibration, blending, or Medium support, the Author plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will need to enter a card to start it, but we will not charge you if you cancel before the 7 days are up.
Subscription billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, so you retain access for the full period you have already paid for.
All sales are final
Because the Free plan and the Author 7-day trial both let you evaluate the product before any payment is required, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a billing period has started, we do not issue refunds for that period.
We believe this is fair: you can evaluate the product fully at no cost, and you retain access for the full period you have paid for.
